Your phone rings at 7:40 on a Sunday. Somebody answers.
I build the website, claim the Google listing, keep the social accounts alive, and put an AI receptionist on the phone so the call you can't take doesn't become the job you never hear about. One person, flat prices, published right on this site.
You're not losing customers. You're losing calls.
A missed call rarely leaves a voicemail. It calls the next name on the list. You never find out it happened, so it never shows up as a problem — it just quietly shows up as a slower month.
The hours you can't cover
Evenings, weekends, lunch, and every hour you're up a ladder with your hands full. That's most of the week — and it's when people with an urgent problem start dialling.
The listing nobody claimed
Wrong hours, wrong pin, no photos, no services listed. If your Google Business Profile is thin or unclaimed, you're invisible in the map results where local buyers actually look.
The site that says "closed"
A website that hasn't been touched in three years and a social page that stopped posting in the spring both tell a stranger the same thing: this place might not be in business.
Four things, done properly
Most small businesses don't need a marketing department. They need to be findable, look credible, answer the phone, and not go quiet. That's the whole job.
Get found
Google Business Profile claimed, verified and fully built out. Map pin corrected. Listings consistent across 40+ directories so search engines trust your details.
How it worksLook like the real thing
A fast, mobile-first website that loads in a thumb-scroll, puts your phone number where the thumb already is, and reads like a person wrote it. Because one did.
How it worksAlways answer
An AI receptionist that picks up on the first ring at any hour, sounds like your business, books the appointment, and texts you a summary before you're off the ladder.
How it worksStay visible
Posts that go out whether or not you remember, reviews requested after every job and answered within a day, and a monthly note telling you plainly what changed.
How it worksAn AI receptionist that sounds like your business
Not a voicemail. Not a phone tree. It answers on the first ring at 2am on a Sunday, knows your services and your prices, screens the robocalls, books the job into your calendar, and sends you a plain-English summary of the call.
- It books, not just takes messagesAppointments land in your calendar while you're still on the job.
- You read every wordFull transcripts of every call. Nothing happens under your name that you can't see.
- English and SpanishOn the top tier, with call routing and after-hours escalation rules.
Hear it for yourself
The fastest way to judge this is to call it and try to trip it up. Ask it something awkward. Talk over it. See how it holds up.

Everything goes live and you get a walkthrough. Add a monthly plan and I keep it running while you run the business.
Why trust a business with no reviews yet?
You shouldn't, on my say-so. I'm new, and you won't find a wall of five-star testimonials here because I haven't earned them yet — and inventing them is exactly the sort of thing that should get an agency fired.
So here's what I'll put in writing instead of social proof. Every one of these is checkable before you pay me anything.
- Prices published, not quotedEvery number is on the pricing page. You'll know what this costs before we speak.
- You own all of itDomain, site files, accounts, logins, content, photos, logo files — yours during the work and yours if you leave. No hostage-taking.
- Month to monthOngoing plans cancel with 30 days' notice. No termination fee, no annual contract.
- Deposit-back guaranteeDon't like the initial design direction? Say so before the second revision round and your deposit is refunded in full.
- A calculator that can talk you out of itThe ROI tool tells you plainly when the numbers don't justify the fee.
The questions I actually get asked
We're already at capacity. Why would I want more calls?
Then you don't need more work — you need better work. More inbound lets you be choosier: take the higher-margin jobs, stop discounting, and raise prices because you're no longer worried about the calendar. Capacity is a pricing problem wearing a scheduling costume.
I already have someone answering the phone.
Good — keep them. The question is what happens at 6pm, at lunch, and when they're already on the other line. The AI is the net under those hours, not a replacement for a person who's doing the job well.
If you'd rather it did replace a full-time receptionist, it can — but I'd rather sell you the safety net and have you keep your person.
Won't a robot answering the phone make us look impersonal?
It would, if it picked up ahead of you. It doesn't. Your phone rings first, every time; the AI only catches what would otherwise have rung out. The choice isn't robot-versus-human, it's a friendly robot versus a voicemail beep the caller won't wait through.
What if I want to leave?
Thirty days' notice, no fee, and you take everything with you — domain, website files, logins, content, the lot. I'd rather keep clients because leaving would be a shame than because leaving would be a nightmare.
Do I have to buy a monthly plan?
No. Buy a build, take the walkthrough, and run it yourself — that's a perfectly good outcome and I'll show you how. The monthly plans exist for owners who know they'll never get round to it, which is most owners, but it's your call and not a condition of anything.
